This site will cater to all the different living styles locals need with its centralized location. This project will possibly feature single-family, townhome-style living with a variety of multi-family up to 4 unit buildings. The site is capped off with a local neighborhood park in Pierce’s Park and also allows greenbelt access walking ways.
